FIRAPY presented in Japanese Society of Dialysis Therapy
The 62nd JSDT (Japanese Society of Dialysis Therapy) held in Yokohama, Japan from June 16 to 18. It’s the 4th year that FIRAPY presents in JSDT since 2014.
In addition to Taiwan staff, the distributor of FIRAPY in China has also attended the Congress to learn the newest technologies in Japan.
FIRAPY clinical trial of PAD is also published during the Congress. Dr. Chun-Fan Chen, the Nephrologist of Yang-Min University Hospital presented the data about the improvement of ABI among dialysis patient who is diagnostic as PAD patients. This study caught the attention of audience among the serious of speech since foot care issue became a problem which can’t be ignored in Japanese dialysis facilities.
