Dialysis Access Symposium (DAS) at Seoul, Korea
The three-day Dialysis Access Symposium (DAS) was held at the Conference Center of Grand Walkerhill in Seoul, South Korea.
In order to improve the quality of healthcare in dialysis, many professionals who work in dialysis field from all over the world were invited to share their experiences and have the class in this symposium.
Dr. Chai-hock Chua
Becausethe far-infrared therapy is popular in Taiwan as a regular treatment for taking care patients’ fistula and its effectiveness is already published in several scientific journals. The congress president especially invited two Taiwanese doctors, Dr. Chih-ching Lin and Dr. Chai-hock Chua, to share how they use Firapy to take care the patients.
Dr.Chua who is a cardiovascular surgeon is very experienced in creating the fistula. He shared his observations on the effectiveness of WS Far-Infrared Therapy Unit which can improve fistula maturation.
